Email Automation and Social Media Marketing

I’ve created content for email marketing, partner newsletters, event invitations, social media marketing, and digital ads that convert leads to customers, encourage new public-private partnerships and build existing customer and partner relationships. Collaborating with Business Development, Product, Public Relations, Events, and B2B2C Marketing teams, I specialize in building multi-channel Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and General Marketing campaigns. I’ve personally sent out more than 2 million emails since 2011.

 

In B2B Roles

  • Worked across groups to create ABM campaigns that helped land Business Development meetings with 22% of focused targets for 2023, almost all from opportunities that were stalled for several years previously.
  • Built workflows integrating Hubspot and Salesforce prospect data to learn the content that resonated most with each user, then put them into custom drip campaigns that raised the average open rate to ~50% and quadrupled clickthrough rates. This led to lead point generation until they hit a goal score that turned them over to the Business Development team as a hot lead with a conversion-to-meeting rate of roughly 50%.
  • Designed and integrated Hubspot and Salesforce CRM platforms to track individual email recipients’ data for analysis, customizing email marketing campaigns and providing Business Development and Account Management Teams with insight into what moved the needle. Built successful multi-department campaign strategies to hit KPIs from this information. 
  • Boosted sales through email sales blasts to current and prospective customers, including American Electric Power, Dominion Energy, Hoosier Energy, NRG Energy, ABB, Elliott, and Westinghouse.

 

In B2C roles

  • Introduced email strategies with open rates averaging between 23% to 28% for all divisions, compared to ecommerce industry averages of 22%.
  • Improved email click rates from 3.9% to 8.8%, compared to ecommerce industry average of 2.2%.
  • Formed and maintained mailing lists for 25,000+ subscribers, including segmentation, list cleaning, and customer service.
